Shipping Policy

Every piece is printed after you order. Within India it is printed in 2–3 days and delivered in 4–8 days. Outside India most orders arrive in 1–2 weeks, and some take up to 3 weeks. Checkout shows the estimate for your address and items before you pay. Public holidays, weather and remote locations can add a few days.

Crayonz provides FREE shipping for all orders across India. There are no hidden charges or additional fees for delivery. Outside India, delivery is charged at cost and shown as its own line at checkout before you pay.

We deliver across India and to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Czechia, Brazil, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and Japan. Some countries also get a cheaper, slower Economy option at checkout.

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified as the system immediately passes the details to our warehouse for packing and shipping.

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a full refund, which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.
